本機主要用于蒸煮麥草漿、木漿等的黑液提取及脫墨廢紙漿的墨液提取，也可以用于蒸煮前漿料預浸后的壓潰。該機利用一對變徑和變螺距反方向旋轉時產生的空間容積變化擠壓纖維，從而實現(xiàn)黑液的分離或草料壓潰，具有黑液提取率高，纖維流失少，纖維破壞程度小，黑液濃度高等優(yōu)點。

This machine is mainly used for the extraction of black liquor from steamed wheat straw pulp, wood pulp and so on, and the ink extraction of deinked waste paper pulp. It can also be used for crushing after pre-soaking of slurry before cooking.The machine extrudes the fibers with a pair of space volume changes produced when the diameter and pitch are changed and rotated in the opposite direction, so as to realize the separation of black liquor or crushing of grass. It has the advantages of high extraction rate of black liquor, less loss of fibers, less damage of fibers and high concentration of black liquor.
