High concentration energy-saving pulping machine is an ideal equipment for treating chemical pulp, semi-chemical mechanical pulp, mechanical pulp, high yield pulp by cold immersion method and grinding fiberboard materials in modern paper industry. High consistency refiner has a wide range of applications for pulps, such as pulps with complex tree species and large material differences, or residual corner materials after wood processing, as well as particles, sawdust, knotweed pulp, cotton stalk, hemp stalk, shrubs, branches, rice straw, reeds, hemp, various commodity pulp boards, waste paper, bagasse, Longxu grass, etc. They can be separated into high quality fibers with their high rotational speed and suitable grinding clearance. High consistency pulping can effectively protect the fiber length of short fibers such as broad-leaved trees and grasses.
