1. 應(yīng)用( Application )：
1.1醫(yī)藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)進(jìn)行以下物料干燥：
For drying following material in medical , food , chemical industries :
1.2適用于漿狀、膏糊狀、粉狀物料。
Suit for the material like slurry , cake , powder .
1.3要求低濕干燥的熱敏性物料。
Suit for thermosensitive materials which need low temperature drying .
1.4易氧化、易爆、強(qiáng)刺激、劇毒物料。
Suit for easy oxide ,explosion , high irritation ,high toxic material .
1.5要求回收有機(jī)溶劑的物料。
Suit for the drying process need to recycling organic solvents .
2.特點(diǎn)( Features )：
2.1本機(jī)夾層與攪拌軸同時(shí)加熱，傳熱面大，熱效率高。
Jacket and shaft and rake with heating function , with bigger heating area , high heat efficiency .
2.2本機(jī)攪拌軸可正反轉(zhuǎn)，使物料在筒內(nèi)形成連續(xù)循環(huán)狀態(tài)，進(jìn)一步提高了物料受熱的均勻度。
Dryer shaft can turning in FWD and REV direction. Material in the dryer in a continuous circling mode to improve the heating evenness.
2.3本機(jī)攪拌軸采用螺旋分布，從而可順利進(jìn)行漿狀、膏狀、糊狀物料干燥。
