1. 概述( Description )：
單臂螺旋錐形真空干燥機(jī)是一種夾套加熱傳導(dǎo)型間隙式干燥設(shè)備，是目前歐美國(guó)家在藥品生產(chǎn)中已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用的真空干燥設(shè)備，該干燥設(shè)備具備真空干燥和攪拌混合雙重功能。物料從頂部進(jìn)料口加入后，關(guān)閉進(jìn)料口，啟動(dòng)加熱系統(tǒng)、真空系統(tǒng)、攪拌系統(tǒng)，單臂螺旋在自轉(zhuǎn)的同時(shí)還沿著錐體內(nèi)壁圓周方向公轉(zhuǎn)，物料在螺旋的提升下向上運(yùn)動(dòng)，錐體內(nèi)壁熱量與物料充分接觸，物料以及內(nèi)部濕分溫度升高，在真空狀態(tài)下，濕分的沸點(diǎn)降低，低溫狀態(tài)下蒸發(fā)出來(lái)的濕分被真空系統(tǒng)抽出，完成干燥過(guò)程。
