一、用途Use

本設(shè)備應用于醫(yī)藥、化工、食品、輕工等行業(yè)中的水解、中和、結(jié)晶、蒸餾、蒸發(fā)等生產(chǎn)過程。反應釜可采用304、316L等不銹鋼材料制造。攪拌形式有錨式、框式、槳式等；轉(zhuǎn)動機構(gòu)可采用擺線針輪減速機、無級變速減速機等；密封裝置可采用機械密封；加熱冷卻可采用夾套、半管、盤管結(jié)構(gòu)；加熱方式有蒸汽、電加熱、導熱油等；以滿足耐酸堿、耐高溫、耐磨損、抗腐蝕等不同工作環(huán)境的工藝需要?？筛鶕?jù)用戶工藝要求進行設(shè)計、制造。

選配工藝：可以根據(jù)需求做防腐內(nèi)襯，反應釜內(nèi)壁防腐噴涂工藝，可以耐強酸，強堿，高溫，低溫等工藝處理條件。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)特點Structural Features

●   反應鍋由鍋身、鍋蓋、攪拌器、電加熱油夾套、支承及傳動裝置、軸封裝置等組成，可以夾套通導熱油循環(huán)加熱或冷卻；或夾套設(shè)計電熱棒或蒸汽半管進行加熱。

●   由于用戶因生產(chǎn)工藝，操作條件不盡相同，攪拌形式一般有錨式、槳式、蝸輪式、推進式或框式。

●   夾套上開有進排油、溢油、放空及測溫電熱棒孔。鍋體下部開有放料口。
