CSZ series · All ceramic double spiral cone mixer
working principle:
Through the rotation and revolution of two long and short spirals, the mixing effect of stirring is improved.

3.

1. The internal easy-to-wear positions, such as the lining and spiral in the cavity, can be protected by structural ceramics, so as to meet the requirements of most high-tech materials to avoid contamination by metal impurities.
2. To those materials which are with different specific gravity and particle sizes are not easy to cause the problem of stratification and segregation during mixing, and it is not easy to produce heat problems, and the discharge is smooth and the material is not accumulated.
