Working principle

WS-LS type shaft less screw conveyor comprises of driving device, Screw body, Spiral pipe, wear-resistant line inlet and outlet cover, a support frame. The material are fed through tube inlet. The material is transported to outlet by friction between material and the spiral body and the axial force of the screw auger, mainly suitable for conveying operation in long distance.

Technical Parameter

WLS series shaftless screw conveyor is generally used in applications where the material Size is larger than 60mm, strong abrasion, viscous, easy to agglomerate, easy to entangle, and the angle of inclination is no more than 25 degrees. The advantage is that there is no need to hang the bearings when the length is long, which avoids frequently maintenance. The above data is based on the premise of a viscous paste material with a filling factor of 0.2.
