Advantages and characteristics

The machine has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, large loading factor and short mixing time. The machine consists of a base. a transmission system. an electrical control system and a multi-directional transport unit Due to the multi-directional movement of the miing barrel, the cross-mixing point of the material in the barrel is larger the mixing effect is higher, the uniformity is over 99.9%,ａnd the maximum loading coefficient is up to 0.9(0.4-0.6 is the loading factor of the common mixer). The mixing time is short and the efficiency is high. The 3D mixer mixing barrel is special designed. The inner wall of the barrel is finely polished, no dead angle, no contaminants, convenient for unloading, convenient for cleaning and easy to operate.
