本機是新上稱重灌裝機，自動化程度高，生產(chǎn)能力強，灌裝精度高。
1、本機采用可編程控制器（PLC）、觸摸屏、稱重儀表進行控制，使用調(diào)節(jié)方便。
2、桶形更換調(diào)整方便、快捷。在觸摸屏中可進行校秤、灌裝參數(shù)設定、灌裝量調(diào)整并具有規(guī)格參數(shù)記憶功能。
3、光電傳感器、接近開關(guān)等采用的都是*的傳感元件，做到無瓶不灌裝，缺瓶堵瓶主機會自動停機報警。
4、灌裝頭采用雙速灌裝，具有下潛灌裝和真空回吸功能，灌裝過程不滴漏。料箱采用液位控制，自動泵供料。
5、整機按GMP標準要求制作，各管路連接采用快裝方式，拆卸清洗方便快捷，與物料接觸部位、外露部位均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制造。整機安全、環(huán)保、衛(wèi)生、美觀、能適應各種不同環(huán)境的工作。
