Detailed introduction of sanitary diaphragm valve

The valve is operated by the handle and the drive device. The drive device is standard: normally closed, normally open, double-acting. It has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful appearance, quick disassembly and assembly, flexible operation, small fluid resistance, safe and reliable use and so on. It is suitable for the control of water and gas medium in beverage, beer, food, medicine, biology and other industries.

The structure without stuffing box is adopted; the diaphragm can completely isolate the corrosive medium in the flow channel from all driving parts, thus eliminating the disadvantages of "running, running, dripping and leaking" of ordinary valves. Because the flow channel of the valve is smooth and the flow resistance is small, a large flow rate can be obtained. The surface of the inner cavity of the valve body may contain a variety of rubbers for selection. Therefore, it has excellent corrosion resistance characteristics. Since the seal is an elastic diaphragm. Therefore, it also has better sealing and small closing force. The valve consists of valve body, valve cover, valve disc, valve stem, diaphragm and other driving parts. The opening and closing of the valve is achieved by rotating the handwheel. The upper end of the diaphragm valve is marked with a display color that can see the opening or closing position of the valve to indicate the opening and closing stroke of the valve. When the handwheel is placed clockwise, the handwheel will move down, and the valve flap will drive the diaphragm down to cut off the passage; otherwise, the valve will be opened, and the color will be revealed.
