懸掛式清洗烘干線，主要用于五金件拋光、拉絲、磨砂后的除蠟清洗，也可用于較大工件的除油清洗作業(yè)，能夠高效、快捷地處理產(chǎn)品包裝前的除油、除蠟清洗以及表面水印處理等問(wèn)題。該設(shè)備主要由不銹鋼槽體、超聲波系統(tǒng)、鼓泡漂洗系統(tǒng)、噴淋漂洗系統(tǒng)、純水系統(tǒng)、烘干系統(tǒng)以及懸掛鏈輸送系統(tǒng)等部分組成。其主要清洗是由超聲波系統(tǒng)對(duì)工件表面進(jìn)行超聲波除油、除蠟清洗作業(yè)，結(jié)合鼓泡、噴淋等工序的漂洗作業(yè)，再結(jié)合純水（除去工作表面水?。┢础犸L(fēng)烘干來(lái)完成五金件的除油、除蠟清洗烘干作業(yè)，達(dá)到產(chǎn)品的合格包裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

該清洗烘干自動(dòng)線是一套環(huán)形密閉式輸送空間，人工將工件掛上懸掛鏈，工件隨懸掛鏈進(jìn)入預(yù)先設(shè)定好的工藝流程，經(jīng)超聲波除蠟、除油清洗，鼓泡漂洗、噴淋漂洗、純水漂洗及烘干等序后，隨懸掛鏈到達(dá)下料區(qū)，人工取下工件后，空掛具隨懸掛鏈進(jìn)入下一個(gè)循環(huán)。
