Single groove ultrasonic cleaning machine, which has the characteristics of convenience, easy to use, high cleaning efficiency and good depollution ability. Our company research and development, design, production of the single slot ultrasonic cleaning machine, adopts the latest ultrasonic technology, imported high "Q" is on duty transducer and independent research and development of power amplifier generator self-excitation method and field effect, has the stable output frequency, ultrasonic power is strong and long service life, easy installation, convenient use, etc.

Single slot ultrasonic cleaning machine is mainly composed of stainless steel water trough, ultrasonic generator, heating device and ultrasonic transducer parts, such as the role of the tub that dissolve cleaning fluid, serving to clean the dirt on the workpiece. Electromagnetic oscillation signal produced by ultrasonic generator, a higher than 25 KHZ ultrasonic signals, provided to the transducer and the transducer ultrasonic generator generated by ultrasonic vibration, electromagnetic vibration into spread in the cleaning medium, to produce cavitation effect in the cleaning fluid, generating billions per second more than 1000 air bubbles, and the bubbles implosion and regeneration, explosive force produced by the process of bubbles implode will continue to impact the workpiece surface, separate the dirt and artifacts, so as to achieve rapid and thorough cleaning effect.

Customized according to the actual needs of customers, specific process and requirement adjust according to customer's different demand.

適應(yīng)范圍：SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The removal of oil and wax from the metal stamping parts and stretching parts; The oil removal of the fine hardware and the removal of wax; All industrial manufacturing process need to oil removal, dust removal, dewaxing, derusting, paint, such as cleaning products, ultrasonic cleaning machine for complex shapes and deep holes, blind holes in artifacts, compared to the previous traditional cleaning process, has the stronger ability of cleaning.
