氣動(dòng)單層棒條閘門是根據(jù)建材、礦山、冶金等行業(yè)中對中、小固體塊狀物料的給料、輸送、控制等工藝的要求而研制的一種新型閥門，適用于 ≤ 50mm 物料的輸送控制。

This series valve is the new type valve designed according to the technologic request of feeding, carrying and controlling the middle and small solid blocky material in building material, mining, metallurgy industries etc. It is suitable to be used to control carrying ≤ 50mm material.

Working principle:

氣動(dòng)單層棒條閘門一般為常開型，物料處流通狀態(tài)。根據(jù)工況需要切斷或調(diào)節(jié)時(shí) , 需逐個(gè)插入棒條，以阻止物料流通，也可根據(jù)工況需要通過調(diào)整棒條間的間隙來控制物料的大小。

The valve is the opening type. The material is in the state of circulation. When it needs to be cut off or adjusted according to the working condition, the grid stick must be inserted one by one to prevent the material from circulating. In order to control the size of the material, adjusting the clearance of the grid stick according to the working condition also can be adopted.

Usage explanation

•  安裝時(shí)兩法蘭連接時(shí)必需加密封墊片，然后均勻鎖緊螺栓。

•  運(yùn)行時(shí)不得對抽出的棒條進(jìn)行猛烈撞擊，以免棒條變形無法復(fù)位。

•  切斷流通塊料時(shí)，必須從兩邊依次插入棒條。

•  若存放，不允許露天存放或堆置。

•  Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt

•  Prevent the grid drawn out from hard bumping in order to avoid distortion.

•  Insert the grid stick from both sides one by one when cut off passing block material.

•  When valve is long stored, it should not be placed or piled up in the open air.
