該機(jī)已在白酒、果酒、低度酒、黃酒、藥酒、葡萄酒和水處理等行業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用。過濾澄清度可達(dá)99.8%,能濾除1~0.1微米以下的微粒(包括微生物),操作得當(dāng)甚至可濾除大腸桿菌。

硅藻土的助濾特性大致有以下幾點(diǎn)：
1.性能穩(wěn)定，適應(yīng)性好。由于硅藻土助濾劑主要由二氧化硅組成，所以化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定，在不同溫度和濃度的酸液中也能適用，不影響其原液的基本性質(zhì)。
2.可獲得較高的濾速和理想的澄清度。硅藻土助濾劑尺寸差異大，骨架堅(jiān)硬，富有單孔和復(fù)孔及多種形狀的特點(diǎn)，致使過濾的過程中濾層無法緊密結(jié)聚，具有較大的表面積和較大的孔隙度，從而達(dá)到較高的濾速和理想的澄清度。

2.High fitration rate and ideal clarity can be obtained.Diatomaceous earth auxiliary fiter has large size difference,hard skeleton,rich single hole andcomposie and a variety of shapes,which makes the fiter layer unable to closely gather in the filtration proces,ａnd has a large specific surface area andlarge porosity,thusa high filtration rate and ideal clarity.
