◆整臺(tái)機(jī)器是按照高要求、可靠性功能及安全性而設(shè)計(jì)制造。
◆特別增設(shè)電腦遠(yuǎn)程維護(hù)，快速解決設(shè)備故障，提高維修效率，降低維修成本。
◆選用材料及配件，所有傳動(dòng)輥材質(zhì)均為鋼，鍍硬鉻、表面研磨。
◆采用進(jìn)口傳動(dòng)齒輪，傳動(dòng)齒輪加硬，研磨而成，洛氏硬度 >60 度。
◆應(yīng)用免鍵連接環(huán)，減少中心磨損，虛位放大，保持*印刷套準(zhǔn)。

◆整機(jī)線架槽下方安裝有大屏幕數(shù)顯表，顯示整機(jī)印刷速度（按張 / 小時(shí)顯示），便于操作人員在機(jī)器◆不同方向很容易看見(jiàn)機(jī)器的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度。
