主要用途 

口服液灌軋機(jī)主要用于制藥行業(yè)中5~20m 規(guī)格的口服液瓶的灌裝及軋蓋,具有缺瓶止灌、缺蓋停機(jī)等功能。

本機(jī)可單獨(dú)使用亦可與隧道式滅菌干燥機(jī)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱干燥機(jī))、超聲波清洗機(jī)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱清洗機(jī))配套組成口服液聯(lián)動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線使用。產(chǎn)量高,質(zhì)量好,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,操作方便,生產(chǎn)全程符合新版

GMP 要求

Oral liquid Filling and Capping Machine is mainly applied in the filling and capping a 5--20ml oral liquid bottle in pharmaceutical industry, having functions c no filling when lacking botdes, shutdown when lacking caps.

The machine can work singy and also can wark with Tunnel Sterilizing dryer (hereafter referred to as Dryer), Ultrasonic Washing Machine(hereafter referred to as Cleaning Machine). It is characterized  as high production, high quality, stable and reliable running, and easy operatian. The whde production process conforms to new GMP requirement

性能特點(diǎn)

1、此單刀為旋轉(zhuǎn)式單刀，瓶子可以平進(jìn)平出，無(wú)需升降，軋蓋角度大,有效軋蓋時(shí)間長(zhǎng)。

2、灌裝與軋蓋之間無(wú)需變節(jié)距,同時(shí)因無(wú)變節(jié)距,使得傳動(dòng)、尤其是臺(tái)面上裝置簡(jiǎn)化,衛(wèi)生死角少,更符合 GMP,且傳動(dòng)少帶來(lái)的噪音也小。

3、自動(dòng)微調(diào)軋刀結(jié)構(gòu):軋刀的上下浮動(dòng)由彈簧完成,無(wú)任何滑動(dòng)摩擦阻力,能有效適應(yīng)中國(guó)特色的包材誤差。

4、復(fù)合式多功能軋刀:一把刀同時(shí)具有收邊和鎖口兩種功能,與三刀比具有相等的軋蓋效果。5、具有缺瓶止灌，缺蓋停機(jī)功能。

6、軋蓋上下同步動(dòng)力,保證軋蓋時(shí)瓶蓋轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)無(wú)誤,保證軋蓋效果。

    1. The single knite is rotary single knife, making bottles can enter and outfeed horizontally, no need of lifting large capping angle, long time of effective rolling, etc

2. In which there is no pitch change in filling and rolling makes the transmission, especial ly table

 devices simplified and the dusty corners decrease, making it conform to GMP and less noise because of little transmission.

3. Automatic micro-adjusting rolling knife structure: floating up and down of rolling knife is completed by the spring, no any frictional resistance and being able to adapt the chinese characteristic packaging error

4. Compound multifunctional rolling knife: a knife possesses functions of closing boundary and locking, and it has the equivalent effect of capping to three knives

  5．It possesses functions of no filling when lacking bott les, shutdown when lacking caps

   6. Rolling synchronous power up and down, ensuring that the cap rotation is correct when rolling and ensuring the rolling effect
