Designed for ultimate ease-of-use, this mid-throughput system offers high quality, excellent reliability, and an optimal user experience for researchers who want to work smarter in the lab. The SeqStudio 24 Flex analyzer is compatible with MicroSEQ Microbial Identification Software for right-the-first-time microbial identification.

Superb microbial identification using MicroSEQ microbial identification system
The SeqStudio Flex Genetic Analyzer is part of the MicroSEQ microbial identification system for the sequencing of bacterial and fungal organisms. This system uses a highly accurate phylogenetic approach for microbial identification based on the sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene for bacteria or the D2 region of the large subunit ribosomal DNA for fungi. The resulting sequences of microbial samples are compared to sequences in our curated and validated collection. The MicroSEQ ID microbial identification system allows you to easily identify and classify unidentified bacterial or fungal sequences by comparing them to a validated microbial library.

Easy-to-use data collection software
The data collection software pre-installed on the on-board touchscreen computer takes user-friendliness to a new level. It offers an intuitive dashboard design, simplified plate setup, and embedded self-help videos for common operations to enable new users can get up and running quickly.

Scheduling flexibility
Four-plate capacity, continuous plate loading, and urgent sample reprioritization can provide both a large mid-throughput capacity and complete scheduling flexibility, translating into extra time in your day.

Remote functionality
Our cloud-based Connect platform can provide enhanced flexibility by allowing users to set up plate files, monitor instrument and consumables performance and run progress, and even perform some critical instrument functions from anywhere.
