SBM型泵系單級(jí)、雙吸、泵殼中開、蝸殼式臥式離心泵，供吸送未處理水、清水和非飲用水以及碳?xì)浠衔?，被吸送液體溫度可達(dá)105℃．SBML型為80℃。

SBM型泵的流量為68～11000米³/時(shí)．揚(yáng)程為7～200米，適用于自來水、灌溉、排水泵站、電站、工業(yè)供水系統(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)、船舶工業(yè)，亦適合煉油工業(yè)中一般用途。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)說明

SBM系列泵為單級(jí)雙吸軸向中開蝸殼式離心泵，可供臥式或立式安裝．臥式泵的驅(qū)動(dòng)端可根據(jù)需要設(shè)置在泵的左側(cè)或右側(cè)．也就是同一轉(zhuǎn)子部件可用于順時(shí)針、逆時(shí)針兩個(gè)方向：

SBM型泵的主要零部件有：泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、軸、密封體、泵體密封環(huán)、軸套、軸承部件與聯(lián)軸器部件等。

泵殼制成水平中開,泵的吸人口與吐出口均鑄在下半部泵體上。泵殼下半部分的進(jìn)出口

I. General

Series SBM pumps are single stage, double suction with horizontally split casings. They are suitable for pumping unsettled water, clean water, non-drinkable or hydrocarbon at a temperature not exceeded 105℃,for SBML is not exceeded 80℃.

Series SBM pumps are available for capacities of 68- 11O00m³/h and heads of 7-200m. they are adoptable in water works, irrigation and drainage pumping stations, power stations, industrial water supply systems, fire. fighting systems, arine applications as well as general applications in refineries, etc.

The nomenclature of the model is based on its size and characteristic. For example:

Ⅱ.Construction

Series SBM pumps are single stage, axially split volute easing pump with double flow radial impeller, for horizontal and verical installation. Drive shaft end of the horizontal pump can be optionally on the left or right side.

The main components of SBM pump are listed as follows: lower half easing, upper half easing, impeller, shaft, wearing rings, shaft sleeves, bearing housings and couplings.

The volute casing is splited on the horizontal center line with the suction and discharge nozzles east integral with the lower half. The upper easing is accurately located on the lower half by the use of dowel pins. It can be removed tb inspect the interior of the pump without disturbing the pipe connections or pump
