Working principle

超聲波旋振篩是在原有旋振篩的基礎(chǔ)上,在篩網(wǎng)上附加超聲波振動儀,該儀器產(chǎn)生的高頻機(jī)械波,使超微細(xì)粉體接受巨大的超聲加速度,從而抑制粘附、摩擦、平降、楔入等堵網(wǎng)因素,提高篩分效率和清網(wǎng)效率。

該設(shè)備的特點(diǎn)是可有效的改善低密度粉在重力沉降中的平降(粉末與網(wǎng)口輕接觸)、滑移效應(yīng),改善高密度金屬在網(wǎng)口滯留或楔入,改善帶靜電粉體的粘附效應(yīng),從而提高篩分效率和篩分質(zhì)量。用篩分通過率表示,般情況下比不加超聲振動篩増加通過率50%-99%,個別情況下増加通過率400%。
