從篩機(jī)搖動(dòng)體即篩箱運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡來看,方形搖擺篩又稱往復(fù)篩。篩機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí),篩箱在慣性力的作用作前后往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)篩箱帶動(dòng)篩面作周期性搖動(dòng),從而使篩面上的物料隨篩箱一同作定向跳躍式運(yùn)動(dòng)。其驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置所產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng)力是繞定軸、方向呈一定規(guī)律變化的慣性力,其本質(zhì)是由偏心輪繞定軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)所形成的往復(fù)慣性力。方形搖擺篩篩面般為水平或微傾斜布置(傾斜角度0°~5°)
