Working principle

臥式氣流篩篩網(wǎng)為圓筒狀,置于機(jī)體內(nèi),物料通過螺旋輸送系統(tǒng)后與氣流混合、霧化進(jìn)入網(wǎng)筒內(nèi),通過網(wǎng)筒內(nèi)風(fēng)輪葉片使物料同時(shí)受離心力和旋風(fēng)推進(jìn)力,從而迫使物料噴射過網(wǎng),由細(xì)料排出口排出,不能過網(wǎng)的物料沿筒壁從粗料排出口排出。

氣流篩利用粉料微粒質(zhì)量小而輕、易漂浮、流動性好的特點(diǎn),將其充分?jǐn)U散到氣流中,粉料不再團(tuán)聚,而是以單個微粒依次隨氣流透過篩網(wǎng),因此氣流篩的產(chǎn)量大、效率高、不粘網(wǎng)、不堵網(wǎng)孔、細(xì)度精確。
