振動(dòng)料斗是一種新型的料倉破拱給料裝置,它裝在料倉底部,具有給料機(jī)的全部性能,有破拱、均勻給料、截流、調(diào)流四種作用、該系列振動(dòng)給料斗破拱性能好,對于料倉內(nèi)的各種粉狀及粒狀物料都能實(shí)現(xiàn)破拱和連續(xù)均勻排料,可消除不同粒度、不同比重的混合物料在進(jìn)入料倉時(shí)的偏析現(xiàn)象。其具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、重量輕、工作可靠、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、噪聲小、動(dòng)カ消耗少、操作容易、易損件少、使用壽命長、維修工作量小和生產(chǎn)率的調(diào)節(jié)范圍大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。適合于圓形、方形、鋼制或混凝土的任何料倉、可以實(shí)現(xiàn)密封輸送,粉塵不外揚(yáng),不污染環(huán)境。
