本機(jī)為不銹鋼多層板框式過濾機(jī)，適用于濃度50%以下粘度較低，含渣量較少的液體作密閉過濾以達(dá)到提純，滅菌、澄清等精濾、半精濾的要求，直接選用微孔濾膜，可不經(jīng)微孔薄膜過濾器過濾可達(dá)到無菌過濾之目的。

本機(jī)過濾面積大，流量大，適用范圍大，所以在制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)有廣泛用途，應(yīng)用在制藥廠針劑藥液之過濾，效能甚佳。

The machine is stainless steel multilayer frame filter.it is fit for enclosed filter in liquids with concentration ≤ 50%,low viscosity and little slag so as to meet precision filter and half-precision filter requirements like refining,sterilization and clarification.By directly using microporous membrane,material can achieve aseptic filtration without passing microporous membrane filter.

  The filter has big filter area ,byg flow,and wide application scope,So it is widely used in pharmacy,chemical engineer-ing and food industries.While used for filtering injection liquids in pharmaceutical factories,it has particularly good effects.

本機(jī)除配用電機(jī)外，其它機(jī)件均采用不銹鋼SUS304或SUS316L制造，適用于過濾各種PH值酸堿溶液，本機(jī)應(yīng)用加壓密閉過濾，濾液損耗少，過濾質(zhì)量好，效率高。過濾部分由十層濾板組成，過濾面積大，流通量大；且可根據(jù)被濾溶液之不同生產(chǎn)工藝（初濾、半精濾、精濾）要求，更換不同濾膜及根據(jù)用戶生產(chǎn)流量之大小可適當(dāng)減少或增加濾板層數(shù)，使之適合生產(chǎn)之需要，因此本機(jī)具有一機(jī)多用適用范圍廣泛特點(diǎn)；濾板采用平面螺紋網(wǎng)狀形，結(jié)構(gòu)*，不變形，容易清洗，能有效地增強(qiáng)濾膜的使用壽命，從而降低和節(jié)約生產(chǎn)成本，本機(jī)配備之不銹鋼輸液泵，其配用電機(jī)小，耗電省。機(jī)座下裝有膠輪，操作方便，移動(dòng)靈活，可供移動(dòng)使用。

Features

   All parts of the machine,except collocatde dynamo,are made of stainless steel SUS304orSUS316L,which is fit for filtering solution of different PH value.The machine adopts sealed pressure-filter,wheic results in low filter liquid waste,good filter quality and high filter efficienty,Filtening part consists of ten layers of filter plates whech has large filter area and flow.Users can change filte membranes according to different technological requirement (initial filter,precision filter,half-precision filter)of the filtered solution,and properly reduce or increase filter plate quantity according to users’production flow.Hence,the machine is multi-functional and has wide application scope.Filter plates adopt flat screw-thread reticulation,which is advanced,easy to clean ,not easy to deform,thus effectively extends performance life of different filter membranes and reduces or save production cost.Thestainless steel loquid in fusion pump equippde on the machine has small dynamo and low power waste.Rubber wheels are fixed under the engine base for mobil use ,whhich is flexible and convenient.
