本設(shè)備適用于中藥、西藥、葡萄糖、釀酒、淀粉、口服液、化工、食品、味精等工業(yè)酒精回收，能用于批量小、品種多的熱敏性低溫真空濃縮。

The device is to concentrate the material in the occasions such as China traditional drug、weat drug、dextrose、amylum sugar、oral liquid、chemistry、foodstuff、monosodium glutamate and vintage and to reclaim the industrial organic solvent such as alcohol.It is suitable to concentrate the thermal sensitive material under lower temperature and vacuum with little batch number and multiple varieties.

設(shè)備特點(diǎn)與效益：

1、          酒精回收：回收能力大，采用真空操作方法，改進(jìn)了設(shè)備的工藝流程。回收率能達(dá)到95%，使酒精損耗率低于5%。能耗降低30%，具有投資小，回收效益高的節(jié)能設(shè)備。

2、          濃縮液料：本設(shè)備采用外加熱自然型循環(huán)式與真空負(fù)壓蒸發(fā)方式，能具有蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮比重可達(dá)(1.4)；液料在全密封中無(wú)泡沫濃縮，用本設(shè)備濃縮出來(lái)的藥液，具有無(wú)污染，藥味濃。清洗方便，打開(kāi)加熱器上下蓋即可。操作簡(jiǎn)單，占地面積小，外形美觀，加熱器、蒸發(fā)器、保溫完整出廠，本設(shè)備與液料接觸部件均采用不銹鋼SUS304制造，保溫采用聚胺脂發(fā)泡或珍珠棉，外表面磨砂亞光處理，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Cocentrated liquid material: The device uses the modes of outer-heated natural cycle and vacuum negative pressure evaporation with concentration proportion of(1.4); The liquid material concen-trates without bubble under full seal state.The drug liquid after concentration by the device features non-contamination and thick drug taste and easy cleaning(it is just to open the up and down cover for cleaning).The device is easy to handle and it needs a little forndation area for install ation.The heater and Evaporator use stainless steel for thermal purpose.The polyurethane or pearl cotton is used as the thermal material.The surface is treated with snd grinding and surface polishing,meeting with the GMP standard.
