    VISO產(chǎn)品運用的CAD 和CFD 技術(shù)開發(fā)水力模型，確保其效率遠遠高于國家GB/T 13007 標準，產(chǎn)品能在高效運行的同時節(jié)省能耗，從而為客戶大大降低運行成本。VISO 可以輸送不易燃的、低粘性且不含較大體積固體顆粒、磨損物質(zhì)以及纖維的液體。含不同化學(xué)成分的介質(zhì)也可以泵送，只需要更改材質(zhì)以及密封裝置（請參考VISO 構(gòu)件材質(zhì)表）
   VISO products apply the most advanced CAD&CFD technology development hydraulic mode in the world to ensure its efficiency exceed GB / T 13007 national standard ,the product can efficient operation and save energy consumption ,thus reduce production costs greatly for customers.Pumping liquid with non-flammable, low viscosity is appropriate, and liquid can not contain larger solid, attrite material and fiber. Medium with different chemical compositions also can be carried by VISO pump with changing the material and seal glａnd (please refer to
the behind optional table of material)

VISO 產(chǎn)品采用目前的后拉式結(jié)構(gòu)，拆裝維護簡單?？梢宰龅讲鹦稌r不動管路系統(tǒng)、泵殼和電機，安裝后無須重新對中，大大減少維修工作量。而且，VISO 采用NSK 免維護軸承，在正常使用情況下，可以終身免維護，無需為定期添加潤滑脂而煩惱，大量節(jié)約日常維護時間。按ISO1940-2000，G6.3 級校準平衡，運行時振動小，大大提高了軸承和機封的使用壽命。嚴格的質(zhì)量保證體系，的裝配工藝，也為VANO 產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定的性能提供了堅實的保障。
VISO products adopt the most mature rear entry structure, easy to dismounting and maintain.Demolition can be done without moving pipeline system, pump case and electrical machine, after install, need not center again,greatly reduce maintenance workload. And VISO adopt Maintenance-free bearings with NSK, in normal use, it can be lifelong maintenance free, do not worry about add grease regularly, save plenty of daily maintain time.

閉式結(jié)構(gòu)葉輪：采用優(yōu)秀的水力模型，效率高，抗汽蝕性能強。
Closed structure impeller: adopt excellent hydraulic mode efficient, highly resistant to capitation erosion.

單端面機械密封：結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，密封性能好，使用壽命長，維護方便（符合ISO3069 標準）。
Single mechanical seal: simple in structure, good sealing performance, long life, easy to maintain (meet the criterion of ISO3069).

重型不銹鋼軸：高速運轉(zhuǎn)時剛性強，不易損壞，堅實耐用。
Heavy stainless steel shaft: when high-speed running rigidity is strong, uneasy to damage, solid and durable.

軸向力：采用平衡孔平衡軸向力，軸承受力小，有效的提高了軸承壽命。
Axial force: adopt balance hole to balance axial force,bearing’s capacity is small, effectively improve the bearing life.

葉輪平衡：葉輪按ISO1940-2000，G6.3 級校準平衡，運行時振動小，大大提高了軸承和機封的使用壽命。嚴格的質(zhì)量保證體系，的裝配工藝，也為VANO 產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定的性能提供了堅實的保障。

軸 Shaft
加長軸的設(shè)計可以減小偏差，錐形軸的設(shè)計可以確保軸在運轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)下的可靠鎖緊，鍵聯(lián)結(jié)，雙螺母鎖緊，同時也方便維修時葉輪的拆卸。軸的材質(zhì)設(shè)計也可以按照需要更改。
The design of lengthening shaft can reduce the deviation; the design of conical shaft can ensure that shaft is drop locked when running. key joint, double nut is locked, and it is easy to dismantle shaft when service. The material design of shaft also can be changed as needed.

軸封 Shaft seal
VISO 系列的軸封的選擇范圍很廣。如果介質(zhì)的溫度高或含沙量高，對密封件有特殊的要求，請及時聯(lián)系VANO。
