S0-series – robust, mechanical flow indicator

S0 is a mechanical flow indicator. It is identical with our S2/S25, but this model does not have any micro swithes. It will be used as a direct reading flow monitor within the chosen measuring range. As option you can have the scale direct reading in ie; m3/h, GPM aso.

The price is a little bit lower than for the S2/S25 and you will have a very robust flow indicator for harsh environments.

SP-G - liquid Flow Switch

Our flow switch SP-G is designed to fit small flow and line sizes. It works on the principle of variable flow area where the alarm switch point can be set at a very low flow and still the switch is capable of handling large flows without creating a large pressure drop.

SP-G comes in dimensions DN15 and DN20. You have the possibility to chose the set point from 1,5 l/min up to 30 l/min. The set point is calibrated from factory but can be changed by exchanging the pressure plate.

SP-G has a mechanical micro-switch. You can install it horizontal or vertically. Another feature is that the outlet can be rotated 90º or 180º with respect to the inlet. This gives you good alternatives in places where space is very limited.

SP-GA - liquid Flow Switch

SP-GA Flow Switch is designed to give an initial alarm at a very low flow and still be capable of allowing a high full liquid flow passing through when pumps or valves are activated by the micro switch. The function is based on fluid flow activation only and threfore it is not affected by changes in static pressure.

SP-GA comes in dimension DN40. You can use reductions for to have it in DN32 or DN25. Filters are available as option.

SP-GA has a mechanical micro switch. You have the possibility to chose a set point from 3 l/min up to 70 l/min. The set point is calibrated from factory and can be adjusted in field. Maximum flow is approximay 300 l/min.

EF-G - liquid Flow Switch

EF-G is recommended in applications where low signal point can be combined with large flows passing without creating a large pressure drop.

EF-G comes in dimensions DN15 and DN20. The maximum flow is appr. 70 l/min and you have the possibility to chose the set point from 1,5 l/min up to 30 l/min.

EF-G has an inductive sensor. Process pressure up to 100 bar. The outlet can be rotated 90º or 180º with respect to the inlet which gives an installation of limited space.

PR1 – liquid Flow Switch of paddle-type

PR1 liquid Flow Switch is suitable for applications with limited demands on accuracy. Its speciality is full flow or no flow. The lowest possible set point in a 50 mm pipe is appr. 100 l/min, the set point increases accordingly with larger dimensions. It can be mounted on pipe-sizes from DN50 up to DN250, the process connection is 25mm thread (through pipe wall).

The paddle aligns fully with the flow and creates a very small pressure drop.

The Elliptec Motor X15G is based on the inverse piezoelectric effect.

A microcontroller and two tiny transistors are all that is needed to supply the piezoelectric ceramics with a sufficient voltage to make the ceramics expand by less than one micrometer, and to let it contract again when the voltage is cut off. During motor operation, this process occurs about 100’000 times per second.

The geometry of the resonator enhances the vibration of the piezoelectric ceramic and translates it into elliptical motion at the motor tip.
A spring maintains a steady force between the resonator tip (aka the stator) and a driven element (aka the rotor), which in turn moves by up to a few micrometers with every oscillation of the piezo. Because this process occurs at ultrasonic frequencies, the motion of the driven element is continuous and smooth.

The Elliptec Motor is the right choice not only for simple applications where continuous linear or rotational movement is required, it also satisfies the demand for highly dynamic motion of the highest precision. The Elliptec Motor is unaffected by adverse environments like vacuum conditions. Many applications can utilize the standard model X15G, but customer specific motors can be manufactured on demand.
