The product range by Gräff encompasses a total of five product groups as well as special solutions from the respective areas:

Temperature sensor technology

Development, construction and production of temperature sensors: Thermal elements and resistance thermometers form the basis of more than 10,000 articles.

Temperature control

Temperature controllers complete the area temperature sensor technology: The product range includes single and multi-channel control systems with up to 256 control areas.

Electric heating technology

Customer advisory service, construction and delivery of customer-specific cylinder, pipe and nozzle heating bands as well as tubular heaters and heating cartridges.

Actuators

Customer advisory service, construction, production and delivery of standard solid state relays of the brands Crydom, Carlo Gavazzi, Celduc and Siemens, with or without cooling module, complex and fully wired zero-voltage controllers and circuit breakers.

Measurement data collection / extruder control

Customer advisory service, construction, delivery and commissioning of measurement data collection systems for up to 1024 signals (zones).
Project planning for complex extruder controllers, control cabinet construction and on-site service on the basis of Soft SPS and connection to all common bus systems (Profibus, Modbus, CANopen, etc.).

Process monitoring

Customer advisory service, construction, development and delivery of systems for continuous and systematic process monitoring of various process variables such as temperature, pressure and standard signals. Additional components for load monitoring, temperature limiters, thermostats, safety limiters as well as melt pressure sensors (melt pressure) for thermoplastic processes in the area of extrusion and injection moulding.
Screen recorders, multiple-zone limit monitors as well as complex computer-controlled process visualisations for almost all sectors of industry.

Special solutions

Temperature sensor systems and control for special functions and application areas that cannot be covered by standard products - customer advisory service, development, testing, production and delivery.

Laser technology

Execution of work on commission order in the areas laser welding and laser marking, customer advisory service, prototyping, production of single components, low and high volume production.

Insulating materials / fan heaters
