水溶的sulfo-Cyanine3 dye，非活性、單功能團的羧基染料。該試劑可以用作Cy3®檢測通道的參照熒光團，作為使用其他sulfo-Cyanine3標(biāo)記的產(chǎn)品的機器的對照。羧酸也可以用于碳化二亞胺活化。
