Sulfo-Cyanine7 NHS ester水溶性Cy7 活性酯
水溶Cyanine 5琥珀酰亞胺酯（succinimidyl ester（SE）），類似于Cy5® NHS ester，不需要有機溶劑即在水相中即可對各種帶氨基分子進行標記。因此該產(chǎn)品尤其適用于對那些在有機溶劑中易變性的蛋白和低溶解度蛋白的標記。

Sulfo-Cyanine7 NHS ester水溶性Cy7 活性酯

 

水溶近紅外染料sulfo-Cyanine7，是胺類活性琥珀酸亞胺酯。

Sulfo-Cyanine7是Cy7®熒光團的的改良衍生物，量子產(chǎn)率提高20%，并具有更好的耐光性。該染料尤其適用于NIR成像應用。

近紅外熒光染料利用了生物組織在特定的波長范圍里的透明度。這種方法是無損傷性的，并允許在活體內(nèi)對多種已標記的生物分子的分布進行。

Sulfo-Cyanine7 NHS ester可以很輕松的標記生物分子，如：蛋白質(zhì)。標記的分子可以用于后續(xù)多種研究及藥物開發(fā)相關(guān)的實驗。

這種染料有很高的水溶解度，尤其適用于痕量蛋白質(zhì)和易變性蛋白質(zhì)的標記。需有機溶劑才能溶解的非磺化的Cyanine7 NHS ester。
