直冷式奶罐 Fresh milk cooling tank

主要用于冷卻、貯存鮮奶，也可冷卻貯存其他液體物料。直冷式奶罐是牧場機(jī)械化擠奶的主要配套設(shè)備，更適用于手工擠奶的牧場及收奶站，乳品廠冷卻集貯鮮奶，使原奶冷卻保存在狀態(tài)，防止細(xì)菌繁殖產(chǎn)生。

Overview Mainly used for cooling and storage for fresh milk，also can be used to cool or storage for other liquidproduct.The cooling tank is the key equipment for the mechanical milking system in the dairy farms.Alsowidely used in the manual milking farm and milk collection centers，ａnd milk production plants，which can keep the fresh milk at best state and prevent the bacterial growing.

特點(diǎn)

1.罐壁采用的蜂窩米勒板蒸發(fā)器直接與牛奶換熱制冷。

2.制冷壓縮機(jī)選用進(jìn)口法國泰康或美優(yōu)樂全封閉壓縮機(jī)組和進(jìn)口膨脹閥及電磁閥，裝有可靠的中點(diǎn)保護(hù)器，不會因?yàn)檫^載或系統(tǒng)故障而燒壞壓縮機(jī)。

3.罐體全部采用SUS304或316不銹鋼制成，帶有加壓自動旋轉(zhuǎn)清洗CIP噴淋頭及自動攪拌裝置。

4.保溫層采用聚氨酯發(fā)泡，絕熱性能好。

Features
