【主要特點(diǎn)】 本機(jī)除轉(zhuǎn)鼓底和三角架為襯包不銹鋼件外，其他均為不銹鋼件，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
機(jī)蓋為氣彈簧助力揭蓋形式，加料管和洗滌管采用快速接頭，蓋上配有視鏡和通氣孔，使設(shè)備整體便于清洗。
可采用變頻啟動(dòng)，啟動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，分離因數(shù)可調(diào)，非接觸式能耗制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，防靜電皮帶傳動(dòng)，機(jī)體密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠?？蓪?shí)現(xiàn)密閉防爆要求。
本機(jī)采用直聯(lián)雙速電機(jī)，剎車采用電氣剎車，適用于易燃易爆，潔凈要求高的企業(yè)。
配置氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)系統(tǒng)，保證離心機(jī)內(nèi)腔 與外部空氣隔離。

【主要用途】 用于固相為顆粒狀的懸浮液無聊的固液相分離，也可用于纖維狀物料的固液分離。
如：石膏，硫酸銅，，硼砂，燃料，動(dòng)植物提取液，農(nóng)藥藥劑，食鹽，味精，食品添加劑，淀粉，帛糖，化學(xué)調(diào)味料，抗生素，維生素，銅、鋅、鋁等礦產(chǎn)物、金屬精制，污泥處理，污水處理等。
除一般用途外，平板式特別適用于粘度大、有毒、有害、易燃、易爆等介質(zhì)的固液分離。
【標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造形式】 結(jié)構(gòu)：外殼配置翻蓋及進(jìn)料管、洗滌管、觀察鏡、排氣口、照明孔。密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，轉(zhuǎn)鼓及外殼、翻蓋等部件為不銹鋼材料制造。機(jī)座等為鑄造件。
所有緊固件為不銹鋼件。
傳動(dòng)與制動(dòng)：防爆電機(jī)+摩擦式自動(dòng)離合器+摩擦式手動(dòng)制動(dòng)裝置。
