【主要用途】 GFXB105型血液分離機(jī)是管式分離機(jī)的一種，該機(jī)是我公司在原有GF型分離機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)過(guò)反復(fù)實(shí)驗(yàn)改進(jìn)成專用分離血液的機(jī)型,廣泛應(yīng)用于人、豬、牛、羊、雞等多種血液的血漿與血球的分離。
該機(jī)的主要特點(diǎn)是血漿收益率高，且在分離過(guò)程中把血球的破碎率降至。
該機(jī)與物料接觸部分均由不銹鋼制成，可滿足制藥行業(yè)GMP要求。
在植物提取中的應(yīng)用 分離過(guò)程是直接影響植物提取物終端產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的一道重要工序。提取液中的一些多糖、蛋白、果膠、皂甙以及一些采用過(guò)濾工藝無(wú)法去除的不溶性流體雜質(zhì)，還有提取過(guò)程中殘留的細(xì)微顆粒等等。只要合理配置，采用離心工藝都能夠很好的解決，最終達(dá)到產(chǎn)品的提純目的，有效的提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
在食品行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用 可以用于食用醋，油品工業(yè)食油的精制，用于去除果汁飲料中的纖維、果膠、不溶性蛋白、殘余果肉等雜志，使飲料達(dá)到清澈透明的目的，用于天然色素的分離，去除原料溶液中的雜質(zhì)和脂肪，用于制糖工業(yè)中的脫蜜，用于啤酒、使用酵母的分離。
【工作原理】 分離機(jī)由機(jī)身、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、轉(zhuǎn)鼓、集液系統(tǒng)、進(jìn)液系統(tǒng)組成。
轉(zhuǎn)鼓上部與撓性主軸鏈接，底部是阻尼滑動(dòng)軸承。
密度大的液相形成外環(huán)，密度小的液相形成內(nèi)環(huán)，流動(dòng)到轉(zhuǎn)鼓上部各自的出液口排出，微量固體沉積在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上，待停機(jī)后人工卸出。

【Applications】 GFXB105 blood separator is one type of tubular separator. based on the original GF type separator, this machine has been improved through repeated experiments into a special type of blood separator. it is widely used in the separation of plasma and blood cells from human, pig, cow, sheep, chicken and other blood.
The main features of this machine are high plasma yield rate and minimal fragmentation rate of blood cells during separation.

Application in Plant Extraction The separation process is an important process that directly affects the quality of plant extract end products. Some polysaccharide, protein, pectin, saponin, insoluble fluid impurities that cannot be removed by filtration process, and fine particles that remain in the extraction process, etc. in the extraction solution. Application in Food Industry Can be used for refining edible vinegar and edible oil in oil industry, removing fiber, pectin, insoluble protein, residual pulp and other magazines in fruit juice beverage, making beverage clear and transparent, separating natural pigment, removing impurities and fat in raw material solution, removing honey in sugar industry, and separating beer and yeast.
【Principle】 The separator consists of a machine body, a transmission system, a rotating drum, a liquid collecting system and a liquid inlet system.
The upper part of the rotating drum is linked with the flexible main shaft, and the bottom part is a damping sliding bearing.
The liquid phase with high density forms an outer ring, and the liquid phase with low density forms an inner ring, which flows to the respective liquid outlets on the upper part of the rotating drum to be discharged, and trace solids are deposited on the wall of the rotating drum and are manually discharged after being stopped.
