軟管制管機(jī)是我公司在第二代制管機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上吸收*進(jìn)技術(shù)，自行設(shè)計(jì)、研制成功的。該機(jī)絕大多數(shù)都采用了自動(dòng)調(diào)整的結(jié)構(gòu)，集機(jī)、電、氣一體，與國(guó)內(nèi)外同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品相比，具有效率高、能耗低、易操作、故障自動(dòng)報(bào)警，片材換卷不停機(jī)，旋轉(zhuǎn)切刀定位準(zhǔn)確，性能穩(wěn)定，維修簡(jiǎn)單等特點(diǎn)。

本機(jī)以鋁塑復(fù)合片材、全塑復(fù)合片材為原料，采用高頻等焊接技術(shù)，可生產(chǎn)各種規(guī)格的復(fù)合軟管。生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品焊縫平直牢固，切斷準(zhǔn)確，長(zhǎng)短*。

本機(jī)可與我公司生產(chǎn)的B.ZT-III型全自動(dòng)注肩機(jī)配套成全自動(dòng)制管生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)。

采用聯(lián)機(jī)工作速度快、質(zhì)量好、結(jié)構(gòu)科學(xué)合理，與國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)普遍使用的制管機(jī)相比，具有片材使用率zui高化，勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度zui低化，使用安全等特點(diǎn)。

本機(jī)組主要包括：自動(dòng)放卷裝置、對(duì)接平臺(tái)、貯存器、自動(dòng)切邊機(jī)構(gòu)、自動(dòng)成型裝置、高頻焊接機(jī)構(gòu)、全塑復(fù)合材料焊接機(jī)構(gòu)、垂直、水平索引機(jī)構(gòu)、自動(dòng)送管機(jī)構(gòu)、自動(dòng)控制跟蹤圓切裝置及人機(jī)界面控制系統(tǒng)。

本機(jī)榮獲國(guó)家，號(hào)為02219950.0。高頻焊刀的號(hào)為002119963.7。

B·GLS-III LAMINATED TUBE MACHINE

B·GLS-III Tube Machine is successfully researched, designed and manufactured by us with the advanced technologies home and abroad on our tube machine of the second generation. Together with mechanical, electronic and pneumatic technologies, the B·GLS-III is high automatic. Compared with the machines of the same kind home and abroad, it boasts of lower investment, higher productivity, lower consumption, easier operation, automatic warning on failures, non-stopping roll re-feeding, accurate position of rotary cutting, easier maintenance and more stable performance. With the high frequency welding and the aluminium-plastic laminated material, it can produce laminated tubes of all specifications with smooth and firm welded seam. Its accurate cutting makes the tubes the same length. It can be combined with our B·ZT-III automatic shoulder-injecting machine to become an automatic tube production line that is scientific and reasonable in working in high speed and producing well products. It has the advantages of high utilization , lower labour intensity, more safety, etc. over the domestic tube machines used now.

This machine is mainly composed of automatic roll-releasing device, connecting platform, storing case, automatic margin-cutting mechanism, automatic tube-forming device, high frequency welding mechanism, vertical and level traction devices, automatic tube-feeding mechanism, automatic synchronous revelling cutting mechanism and computer control system. It has awarded the national patent, and the patent number is 02219950.0. And the patent number of its high frequency welding device is 002119963.
