主要特點
主要功能 于木糖醇、口香糖的計數包裝（理瓶-數粒灌裝-壓蓋-頂面貼標-瓶身側面貼標）。
物料無損傷 下料、出料均勻平穩(wěn)，*的分瓶切換結構，不損傷物料，保證裝瓶準確。
檢測功能 具有無瓶不數、碎粒自動剔除、出錯藥瓶自動剔除，故障自檢等多項檢測報警控制功能。
壓蓋方式 連續(xù)式快速壓蓋。
避免損傷 自動調節(jié)上蓋和理蓋狀態(tài)，減少了瓶蓋之間的碰撞摩擦，不損傷瓶蓋。
預放標系統(tǒng) 采用預放標系統(tǒng)，出標穩(wěn)定，貼標平整性好，位置精度高。
張緊設計 走標采用張緊設計，即能保證打碼質量，也能準確地控制標紙長度和起標均勻度。
滾壓標紙方式 滾壓標紙對不同的瓶形，采用不同的結構方式，保證貼標的質量。
全線聯動 下位機故障自動報警，上位機自動停機。
