進(jìn)口法蘭球閥工作原理：

進(jìn)口法蘭球閥開(kāi)啟過(guò)程：

1在關(guān)閉位置，球體受閥桿的機(jī)械施壓作用，緊壓在閥座上。

2當(dāng)逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪時(shí)，閥桿則反向運(yùn)動(dòng)，其底部角形平面使球體脫開(kāi)閥座。

3閥桿繼續(xù)提升，并與閥桿螺旋槽內(nèi)的導(dǎo)銷相互作用，使球體開(kāi)始無(wú)摩擦地旋轉(zhuǎn)。

4直至到全開(kāi)位置，閥桿提升到極限位置，球體旋轉(zhuǎn)到全開(kāi)位置。

進(jìn)口法蘭球閥關(guān)閉過(guò)程：

1關(guān)閉時(shí)，順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪，閥桿開(kāi)始下降并使球體離開(kāi)閥座開(kāi)始旋轉(zhuǎn)。

2繼續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪，閥桿受到嵌于其上螺旋槽內(nèi)的導(dǎo)銷的作用，使閥桿和球體同時(shí)旋轉(zhuǎn)90°。
