SCREW GATE VALVE

螺旋閘門用于建材、冶金、礦山、電力、化工、玻璃、輕工、糧食等行業(yè)的庫頂、庫底及進出口等。是控制流量變化較大，啟動頻繁，切斷迅速的理想設備。

This valve is widely used at the   topbottom of store housecarry port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to openclose frequentlyto stop quickly.

結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作靈活、重量輕、無卡阻、切斷快，特別適用于各類無粘度的固體、粉料及小于 Φ 10mm 的顆粒料，晶粒料的輸送及流量調(diào)節(jié)，安裝不受角度限制， 操作方便， 能隨時調(diào)節(jié)開度。該閥門有手輪和鏈輪操縱兩種操作形式， I 型為手輪， II 為鏈輪。單向和雙向兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式， LZD 為單向、 LZS 為雙向。

This valve is simple in structure, handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructivequick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material, particlecrystal particle whose diameter is below 10mmto adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angleoperated handily. The size of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. Ⅰ means manual wheel. Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction LZD is signal directionLZS is double direction.

工作原理 ：

Working principle

主要由框架、閘板、絲桿、螺母等零件構(gòu)成，用手轉(zhuǎn)動手輪使絲桿帶著絲桿螺母和閘板沿水平方向往復運動，達到閘門的啟閉目的。

It is mainly made up of frame, gate board, screw pole, nut etc. Rotate the handwheel by hand, then the screw pole drives the nutgate board move in horizontal tofro to open or close the valve.

＆#8226;  本閥可水平安裝或垂直安裝 ， 安裝時兩法蘭連接中間必須加密封墊片 ， 然后鎖緊螺栓。

＆#8226;  操作時手輪順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)為閥關(guān)，反之為開，不得在手輪上再增加輔助杠桿。

＆#8226;  若*存放應使設備處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，各傳動部位應加潤滑油，不允許露天存放或堆置。

＆#8226;  It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

＆#8226;  You can not add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

＆#8226;  The device should be in the shut-down if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open airpiling up is not permitted.
