ZP5.7.9系列

MAIN PUROSE

The machine is a single-pressure automatic rotating, continuous pressure film machine, which presses the raw material into various tablets. It is mainly used in the production of pharmaceutical tablets, and it applies to industrial sectors such as chemical, food and electronics. Outer cover is fully enclosed form, the material of stainless steel, stainless steel internal mesa material, the surface of the rotary table through special processing, can maintain the surface gloss and prevent cross contamination, comply with the requirement of MGP. The doors and Windows of transparent glass can clearly observe the state of the press, and it can be fully opened and easily cleaned and maintained. All controllers and operating units are well laid out. The speed regulating device is adopted to adjust the speed of electric speed, the operation is convenient, the rotation is smooth, the safety is accurate. All transmission units are arranged inside the machine, keeping the machine clean. Equipped with overload protection, automatic stop when the pressure is overloaded. All electromagnetic brake motors and other safety protection devices can be adjusted and operated.
