概述 Descriptions

The machine consists of a container, spiral stirring blades and transmission parts. The spiral blades are generally made into two or three layers. The outer spiral collects the materials from both sides to the center. The inner spiral transports the materials from the center to both sides to form convective mixing.' The volume can be rounded so that the jacket can be used for reaction and drying.

Features

The loading coefficient is large and the occupied area of equipment is small.

應用 Applications

The ribbon mixer is generally used for mixing viscous or cohesive powder and adding liquid and pasty materials to the powder. At the same time, due to the difficult cleaning of viscous materials, it is suitable for mixing in occasions with large output and infrequent variety change.
