概述 Descriptions

沸騰干燥器，又稱流化床，經(jīng)過30年的使用、改進，目前在制藥，化工，食品，糧食加工方面，越來越體現(xiàn)了它的重要作用。它是由空氣過濾器，沸騰床主機。旋風分離器，布袋除塵器，高壓離心通風機、操作臺組成。由于干燥物料的性質(zhì)不同，配套除塵設備時，可按需要而進行，可同時選擇旋風分離器，布袋除塵器。也可選擇其中的一種。一般來說，比重較大的物料只需選擇旋風分離器。比重較輕的物料需配套布袋除塵器，并備有氣力送料裝置選擇。本設備有連續(xù)型與閘除式兩種操作方式。

Cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressurecentrifugal fan and operation console. Youcan also choose one of them. Generally speaking, the cyclone separator isonly required for materials with large specific gravity. Materials with lightspecific gravity shall be equipped with bag filter and pneumatic feeding device.This equipment has two operation modes of continuous type and gate removaltype.

應用 Applications

醫(yī)藥藥品、化工原料、食品、糧食加工、飼料的干燥作業(yè)。如:原料藥、壓片顆粒、中藥沖劑、保健食品、飲料沖劑、玉米胚芽、飼料、塑料樹脂、檸檬酸和其它粉粒狀物料的干燥除濕。適用物料粒徑-般為0.1~6mm，粒徑為0.5~3mm。

原 理 Principles

潔凈的熱風經(jīng)閥板分配進入床體內(nèi)，從加料器進入的濕物料被熱風形成沸騰狀態(tài)。由于熱風與物料廣泛接觸，增加了傳熱傳質(zhì)的過程，因此在較短時間內(nèi)就可干燥。如用連續(xù)型，物料從床體的一頭進入，經(jīng)過幾十秒至幾分鐘沸騰干燥，自動從床體另一頭流出。本設備-般進行負壓操作。

Clean hot air is distributed into the bed body through the valve plate.ａnd wet materials entering from the feeder are boiled by the hot air.Due to the extensive contact between hot air and materials, theprocess of heat and mass transfer is increased, thus drying can becarried out in a short time. lf continuous type is used, the materialsenter from one end of the bed body, boil and dry for several tens ofseconds to several minutes, and automatically flow out from theother end of the bed body.This equipment generally performsnegative pressure operation.
