流化床為圓形結(jié)構(gòu)，避免死角。

料斗設(shè)置攪拌，避免潮濕物料團聚及干燥時形成溝流。

采用翻傾卸料，方便迅速，亦可按要求設(shè)計自動進出料系統(tǒng)。密閉負壓操作，氣體經(jīng)過過濾。操作簡便，清洗方便，是符合“GMP”要求的理想設(shè)備。

干燥速度快，溫度均勻，每批干燥時間一般在20-30分鐘。

原 理 Principles

空氣經(jīng)加熱凈化后，由引風(fēng)機從下部導(dǎo)入，穿過料斗的孔網(wǎng)板。在工作室內(nèi)，經(jīng)攪拌和負壓作用形成流態(tài)化，水份快速蒸發(fā)后隨著排氣帶走，物料快速干燥。

After being heated and purified, the air is introduced from the lowerpart by an induced draft fan and passes through the hole mesh plateof the hopper. In the working chamber, fluidization is formed bystirring and negative pressure, water is quickly evaporated and thentaken away with exhaust gas, and the materials are quickly dried.
