原 理 Principles

所謂真空干燥，就是將干燥物料處在真空條件下進行加熱干燥，如果利用真空泵進行抽氣抽濕，則加快了干燥速率。

注:如采用冷凝器，物料中的溶劑可通過冷凝器加以回收;如采用SK系列水環(huán)真空泵，可不用冷凝器，節(jié)省能源投資。

The so-called vacuum drying refers to heating and drying thedried materials under vacuum conditions. If the vacuum pump isused for air extraction and dehumidification, the drying rate willbe accelerated.

Note: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can berecovered through the condenser. lf SK series water ringvacuum pump is adopted, condenser is not needed, thus savinoenergy investment.

應(yīng)用 Applications

適用于在高溫下易分解，聚合和變質(zhì)的熱敏性物料的低溫干燥;被廣泛地采用在制藥、化工、食品、電子等行業(yè)。

lt is suitable for low-temperature drying of heat-sensitive materialswhich are easy to decompose, polymerize and deteriorate at hightemperature. lt is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food.electronics and other industries.

特點Features

真空下物料溶液的沸點降低，使蒸發(fā)器的傳熱推動力增大，因此對一定的傳熱量可以節(jié)省蒸發(fā)器的傳熱面積。

蒸發(fā)操作的熱源可采用低壓蒸汽或廢熱蒸汽。

蒸發(fā)器熱損失少。

在干燥前可進行消毒處理，干燥過程中無任何不純物混入，符合GMP要求。

本干燥器屬于靜態(tài)真空干燥器，故干燥物料的形體不會損壞。

The boiling point of the material solution decreases under vacuum, which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator, thus saving the heat transfer area of the evaporator for a certain amount of heat transfer.

The heat source for evaporation operation can be low-pressure steam or waste heat steam.

Evaporator has less heat loss.

Disinfection can be carried out before drying. No impurity is mixed in during drying, which meets GMP requirements.

This dryer is a static vacuum dryer, so the dried material will not be damaged.
