【詳細(xì)說(shuō)明】
  1. 藥片拋光機(jī)，動(dòng)力為交流電機(jī)，可長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的工作，變頻調(diào)速可以按照不同的直徑/不同的 粉塵狀態(tài)調(diào)整速度，以達(dá)到的拋光狀態(tài)。
  2. 篩網(wǎng)內(nèi)外全部拋光，網(wǎng)桶采用螺旋推進(jìn)式，旋轉(zhuǎn)葉片使藥片有規(guī)律的前行，拋光距離可達(dá)3.2米，速度快、效率高，可將藥片毛邊去除。
  3. 篩網(wǎng)桶中心的吹氣可消除藥片表面由靜電攜帶的粉塵，吹掃后藥片表面更干凈，設(shè)備底端為吸塵口，拋光時(shí)接吸塵負(fù)壓，篩網(wǎng)桶中心的吹氣為正壓，所以除塵更好，無(wú)粉塵外溢（整機(jī)為不銹鋼304制造）。
  4. 整機(jī)全部采用醫(yī)藥不銹鋼材料，內(nèi)外雙面焊接拋光，清潔*。

 

  1.  The power is AC motor, which can be operated for a long time. The variable frequency speed control can be done according to variable diameter or different states of dusts in order to reach the best burnishing effect.
  2.  All tablets insideoutside of screen can be burnished. The net bucket is propelled by screw. The rotating blades move the tablets forward in regular pattern. The distance for burnishing can reach 3.2 meters. The speed is fastefficiency is high. The raw edges of tablets can be removed.
  3.  The blowing air at the center of screen bucket can eliminate the dusts on surface of tablets brought by electrostatic charges. The tablets will have cleaner surfaces after being blown. The bottom of the equipment has dust suction port. During tablet burnishing, the port is connected to negative pressure for dust suction. At the center of screen bucket, the air blow is positive pressure. Therefore, the effect of burnishing is better without overflowing of dusts (the whole unit is manufactured of stainless steel 304).
  4. The whole unit is compley manufactured by stainless steel for medicine. Both internalexternal surfaces are weldedpolished. They are clean without blind spot.
