【詳細說明】

藥片拋光機，動力為交流電機，可長時間的工作，變頻調速可以按照不同的直徑/不同的粉塵狀態(tài)調整速度，以達到的拋光狀態(tài)。
篩網內外全部拋光，網桶采用螺旋推進式，旋轉葉片使藥片有規(guī)律的前行，拋光距離可達3.2米，速度快、效率高，可將藥片毛邊去除。
篩網桶中心的吹氣可消除藥片表面由靜電攜帶的粉塵，吹掃后藥片表面更干凈，設備底端為吸塵口，拋光時接吸塵負壓，篩網桶中心的吹氣為正壓，所以除塵更好，無粉塵外溢（整機為不銹鋼304制造）。
整機全部采用醫(yī)藥不銹鋼材料，內外雙面焊接拋光，清潔*。

All tablets insideoutside of screen can be burnished. The net bucket is propelled by screw. The rotating blades move the tablets forward in regular pattern. The distance for burnishing can reach 3.2 meters. The speed is fastefficiency is high. The raw edges of tablets can be removed.
The blowing air at the center of screen bucket can eliminate the dusts on surface of tablets brought by electrostatic charges. The tablets will have cleaner surfaces after being blown. The bottom of the equipment has dust suction port. During tablet burnishing, the port is connected to negative pressure for dust suction. At the center of screen bucket, the air blow is positive pressure. Therefore, the effect of burnishing is better without overflowing of dusts （the whole unit is manufactured of stainless steel 304）.
The whole unit is compley manufactured by stainless steel for medicine. Both internalexternal surfaces are weldedpolished. They are clean without blind spot.
