用途：透明膜包裝機就是在長方形、正方形或類似規(guī)則包裝物外面裹包一層帶防偽易拉線的透明膜。包裝效果與香煙外包相同。該機廣泛適用于盒裝藥品、保健品、食品、茶葉、咖啡、化妝品、日用品、糖果、安全套、香皂、文具用品、撲克、便簽紙、磁帶、威化餅、音像制品等IT行業(yè)中的各種盒式規(guī)則物品的單件或多件物品集合的自動包裝。

功能介紹：本機是在引進、吸收歐洲和日本等國家設、備的基礎上，經過精心設計改良而成。采用國外PLC人機界面控制及電氣元件，其動作為氣缸驅動、伺服電機下膜、下膜長短可以隨意調節(jié)、具有運行穩(wěn)定可靠、速度快、封口牢固、緊湊、密封防水性好、平整美觀等優(yōu)點。機體由高質量美觀的進口鋁合金或不銹鋼機架和封閉式安全有機玻璃防護罩構成，可對物品進行單件或條盒自動裹包，自動送盒、折疊、熱封、包裝、計數(shù)，并自動粘貼防偽U型撕口易拉線。缺盒不下膜、缺盒停機、故障自我診斷并報警、更換少量零部件即可包裝不同尺寸的盒式包裝物。

備注：可按客戶要求與前后套設備連線，配裝自動輸送帶、汽缸直推、側推裝置、靜電消除器、日期打印機、電眼跟蹤等。

Application:
