本設(shè)備攪拌總成采用活套連軸器連接，便于拆裝，用戶拆裝時，請注意上下攪拌方向位置螺釘部位。接電時注意攪拌，應(yīng)順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，若發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼球磨損時，要及時更換，并且調(diào)整或固緊（密封件總式）軸頭調(diào)節(jié)螺母。用戶使用時，將本設(shè)備清洗消毒后，按比例物料輔入罐內(nèi)，再啟動減速機，待物料攪拌均勻，開啟倉門放料。保養(yǎng)時要經(jīng)常檢查減速機潤滑油，若不足時要及時補充，在設(shè)備暫時不用時一定要用內(nèi)外清洗干凈，要保持內(nèi)外表清潔光亮，達到經(jīng)久耐用。
