一、概述：
本機適用于制藥、化工、食品的干粉狀、顆粒裝物料的混合。

二、原理與結構：
本機一端裝有電機與減速機，電機功率通過皮帶傳給減速機，減速機再通過聯(lián)國器傳給V型桶。使V型桶連續(xù)運轉，帶動桶內物料在桶內上、下、左、右進行混合。
三、使用及保養(yǎng)：
1、安裝：將機械放置平穩(wěn)，裝好機腳，墊平，使機械能運轉自如。
2、使用前先將須加油處加好油，然后進行空載運轉，檢查各緊固件是否松動，電氣是否正常，機械是否運轉正常，如有異常，進行整修和調試。
3、將加料口轉*面，打開加料蓋進行加料，加料量不可超過規(guī)定容積，然后關緊加料蓋，開動機器進行運轉，途中如發(fā)現異常，必須停機檢查。
4、下班后或更換品種必須將料斗內、外沖洗干凈。
