無色至白色結(jié)晶或結(jié)晶性粉末，無臭。易溶于水，不溶于乙醇。水溶液呈酸性，2.7%的水溶液PH為4.2-4.7。于空氣中穩(wěn)定。ADI0-70mg/kg(FAO/WHO，1994）。
