B.HY-300HCA 火焰處理機(jī)
功能特點(diǎn)
1 本機(jī)裝有自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火裝置，只要按動(dòng)按鈕，噴火頭可自動(dòng)燃燒。
2 本機(jī)的2個(gè)調(diào)速電機(jī)分別控制錐尖和輸送帶的速度，快慢可調(diào)。
3 輸送帶裝有間歇傳感器，錐尖行走到噴火區(qū)時(shí)，可自動(dòng)停止X秒，以提高火焰處理質(zhì)量。
4 傳送部分采用進(jìn)口微型馬達(dá)，用無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速的方式調(diào)整速度，以適應(yīng)不同工件的不同要求。
5 噴火頭及匯流器設(shè)計(jì)*獨(dú)到，燃料利用效率高，是節(jié)能產(chǎn)品。
6 電鍍鋁合金槽、錐形支承，鍍亮藍(lán)鏈板，更顯本機(jī)美觀適用。

應(yīng)用范圍
本產(chǎn)品主要用于PE或PP塑料制品表面的火焰處理，經(jīng)本機(jī)處理后的塑膠制品印刷后，油墨能更加牢固地附著于被印物品上。

Feature
