工作原理Working principle：

通過(guò)設(shè)置程序（程序可調(diào)）由系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)配置清洗液，經(jīng)氣動(dòng)控制閥與送液泵、回液泵來(lái)完成清洗液的輸送及回流循環(huán)清洗、排放、回收整個(gè)清洗過(guò)程。通過(guò)電導(dǎo)率檢測(cè)儀及PLC觸摸屏組成的控制系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了自動(dòng)在線清洗。

The cleaning solution is automatically prepared as programmed (adjustable), conveyed, circulated, drained and recovered by the pneumatic control valve, the liquid delivery pump and return pump. Conductivity detector, PLC and HMI are provided to achieve the automation.

智能型CIP系統(tǒng)為一集成系統(tǒng)，包含漂洗灌、清洗罐（I級(jí)清洗、II級(jí)清洗）、堿罐、酸罐、回收罐、板式換熱器、管道過(guò)濾器、送液泵、回液泵、溫度控制儀、液位控制儀、電導(dǎo)率檢測(cè)儀、PLC觸摸屏、控制柜及系統(tǒng)管閥件等組成。

The intelligent CIP system integrates rinsing tank, cleaning tank (level I cleaning and level II cleaning), alkali tank, acid tank, recovery tank, plate heat exchanger, pipeline filter, liquid feed pump, liquid return pump, temperature controller, liquid level controller, conductivity detector, PLC& HMI, control cabinet and pipe & valves.
