旋風(fēng)除塵器又叫旋風(fēng)分離器，當(dāng)含塵氣流由進(jìn)氣口進(jìn)入旋風(fēng)分離器時(shí)，氣流將由直線運(yùn)動(dòng)變?yōu)閳A周運(yùn)動(dòng)。旋轉(zhuǎn)氣流的絕大部分沿器壁自圓筒呈螺旋形向下沿錐體流動(dòng)。含塵氣體在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生離心力，將重度大于氣體的塵粒甩向器壁，沿壁面下落到底部旋轉(zhuǎn)給料器排除，將塵粒從氣流中分離出來的一種氣固分離裝置。

Airflow with dust will flow in circle instead of lineal when it enters the air inlet into cyclones separator.Most of the rolling airflow flows helically down along the cone from the cylinder.The airflow occurs centrifugal action during rolling process to drive the heavier dust to the cylinder surface thus flowing down to the rotary feeder and is discharged.Cyclone separator is just designed to separate the dust from airflow.
